At management level

The transformations that are necessary to bring organizations and companies to success generally start at the leadership and top of the organization - by the way, regardless of how agile and hierarchy-free we all (want to) work. Informal structures can also (almost paradoxically) only be achieved through formal changes.

Causes, not symptoms

Throwing a software or a workshop at a symptom eases the pain for a short time; for medium and long-term success, there is no way around working on the causes. Because the Mississippie flows between well-intentioned and well-done.

 

Future-proof & digital

"We need an app" is often the first cry for help when something doesn't run smoothly. Future viability and innovation are not produced with the best or even the most suitable software. Who wants even faster horses?!
